Along with my sister Marna, I grew up in Gilbertsville. Except for visits overseas with our father who was in the Navy I spent most of my life there.

I have always enjoyed doing crafts, keeping my hands busy. I like jewelry, so with the help of some DVD’s and the Internet, I taught myself the basic techniques I needed to create my designs.

I don’t have any certain style but I do like to use semi- precious stones and gemstones.

In addition to working full-time at Golden Artist Colors, we are building a new home so I don’t always have as much free time to work on my jewelry as I would like.

I joined MIC in 2010.
