Julia Bartle -Sewing & Knitting

Julia enjoys sewing and knitting. To start with she sewed clothing for her four children. People would see their things and ask if Julia would make something for them. She decided to join Made In Chenango and start a real business. It gives her something to take up her time since she is retired and her husband passed away. Knitting is very relaxing for her and she can take her work with her wherever she goes.

Julia learned how to knit and sew from her grandmother and mother and also in school. She joined MIC in 2006.
